Upon the first whiff of an adventure, every traveler harbors a unique cocktail of emotions. For me this elixir consists of equal parts exhilaration and anxiety. Iaving on a journey from Huntsville International Airport (HSV) to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), the prospect of experiencing the much-talked about Breeze Airways stirred up this concoction in abundance. This narrative is a reflective capsule of that journey, captures the essence of the voyage exactly as it unfolded.

"Breeze Airways, huh? Heard some good airline reviews about it," a friend had commented casually one day when I mentioned my travel plans. Intrigued, I decided to seek more about it. The 'new kid on the block' in the American aviation industry, Breeze had already started carving a name for itself with its promise of 'seriously nice' flights.

Leaning more towards the economical side without compromising on comfort, I found Breeze's fares to be a pleasant surprise. Cheap flights which don't drain one's energy or pocket can be a veritable jackpot for frequent flyers like me. Right from the moment of stepping into the aircraft till the landing, everything unfolded smoothly. No last-minute flights rush for me. It was all carefully planned. However, the industry being as cut-throat and dynamic as it is, it's not always sunshine even in your best flights. The true mettle of an airline can often be determined by its flight cancellation policy. In this aspect too, Breeze scored brownie points with its customer-friendly policies.

Another convenient feature of the airline was its clear and concise flight schedule. It provided pertinent information crisply without overwhelming. This can be quite a boon, especially when one is managing tight schedules and parallel connections.

Coming from Huntsville, the frequency of direct flights to major locations can often be a concern. The fact that Breeze offers non-stop flights from HSV to EWR offered a brilliant solution to this problem, minimizing the tedious layovers, and making the journey as efficient as possible.

So, was every expectation from Breeze met? Mostly. Did it render a journey worth remembering? Definitely. Have I become a frequent flyer, eager to stack up on their mileage program? Not there yet but I sure am warming up to the idea.
