CHANGES TO ALL PURCHASED FLIGHTS

All airline tickets booked through Flycrave are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation policies vary by airline and apply at all times. In certain cases where the airline allows cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. However, an applicable penalty and fare difference, if any, will be added in these cases.
For completely unutilized domestic tickets, date changes are permitted before the first travel date, subject to airline fare rules, with the applicable change fee of $100 to $200 plus any difference in fares. A cancellation fee of $50 per person per ticket must be paid to Flycrave at the time of cancellation, and Flycrave retains this fee. Please note that the credit will be held for a limited time period, and the customer must ask the Flycrave customer service agent for the specific date by which the credit must be used, or the credit amount will be lost. An agency processing (ticket exchange) fee may also apply. It is important to remember that all changes must be made before the first flight segment’s departure, or the whole unused ticket will have no value. The airline will not give any credit if the new ticket price is less than the original ticket price.

Return date changes are permitted for domestic and international travel, subject to airline fare rules, with the applicable change fee of $100 to $200 (varies by airline) plus any difference in fares for domestic travel, and $150 to $450 (varies by airline) plus any difference in fares for international travel. An agency processing (ticket exchange) fee may also apply. All return date changes must comply with the maximum validity of the ticket.
Flycrave offers a 24-hour cancellation policy, allowing customers to cancel their tickets within 24 hours of the original purchase. An agency fee of $50 for domestic and $75 for international cancellations applies. However, customers can opt-in to our Travel Assist plan for a minimal fee, which covers all travelers. The Travel Assist plan allows customers to make changes or cancel their flights within 24 hours of the original ticket purchase without paying the standard cancellation fee. After 24 hours, standard airline cancellation rules will apply.
Customers who choose the Basic Economy Fare option will enjoy the same Main Cabin experience at a lower cost. However, there are certain restrictions that come with this fare option, such as no free checked bag, restrictions on carry-on bag, seats assigned at the airport, and no upgrades available. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Your right to a Refund is limited (All partially used and no show tickets have no refund or credit value)

YOUR RIGHT TO REFUND IS LIMITED (ALL PARTIALLY USED AND NO SHOW REFUND OR CREDIT VALUE)

Domestic fully unused tickets: All domestic airline tickets purchased through Flycrave are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including in the case of serious illness. However, if the ticket is cancelled correctly at least 2 hours before the first flight, the passenger is entitled to a credit with the airline minus the applicable airline/agency fee. Airline fees range from $100.00 to $200.00, and fees vary from airline to airline. Credit is not possible in the case of a no-show, or if the flight is cancelled after the cancellation deadline. A processing fee of $50 will apply.
Domestic partially used tickets: All domestic partially used or no-show tickets purchased through Flycrave have no refund or credit value.
Fully unused tickets for India: Most of our tickets to India are wholesale tickets and are refundable after paying the applicable airline fee. Refund fees range from $200.00 to $450.00 or more, and fees vary from airline to airline. All refund requests must be sent via email prior to the departure of your first flight segment, otherwise, the unused ticket will have no value. Refunds are not possible in the case of a no-show, or if the flight is cancelled after the cancellation deadline, or if the fare rule does not allow for a refund. A processing fee of $75 will apply. You must call us and talk to a live agent to confirm if we have received your refund request.
International fully unused tickets: Most international tickets purchased through Flycrave are non-refundable. In certain cases, airlines may allow cancellations, and a credit may be available for future ticket purchase on the same airline for the same passenger. Reissue (exchange) fees apply from $200.00 to $400.00 or more depending on the airline and fare rule. Usually, the credit is valid for one year from the date of original purchase (date of issue). Tickets must be cancelled prior to your first flight segment. A processing fee of $75 will apply.
All refund requests must be sent via email to Flycrave. You must call us and confirm if we have received your refund request. Refunds are not possible after departure. For complete details of fees and charges, please call us or the airline. Few international tickets with conditional promotion or sale are non-refundable and may not be used for future travel.
International partially used tickets: All international partially used and no-show tickets purchased through Flycrave have no refund or credit value.

AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES AND FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

Airlines may change flight schedules or cancel the flight due to technical reasons or to meet their operational needs. Weather conditions may also cause such changes or cancellation. In such cases, the airline will make every attempt to re-protect the passengers for an alternate date or flight. Airlines may offer credit or refund if they fail to provide an alternative under their applicable rules.
Airlines may change schedules at the last minute or without any prior notice. Passengers are solely responsible to reconfirm their flight status with the airlines 24 to 72 hours prior to departure. Passengers should check their email/phone on file with us before and during their travel as they may receive important travel information including schedule change and more.
When you learn your flight has been rescheduled or cancelled, please reach us 24x7x365 at 800- 247- 4775 or flightstatus@flycrave.com. We will research the changes made by the airline and will advocate on your behalf for the best possible resolution meeting the airline’s schedule change policy. Please note that rebooking is not always possible, or a penalty/difference in fare may apply if the passenger is not able to fulfill their obligations, misses their flight, voluntarily reschedules their flight, refuses to accept the alternate option provided by the airline, or wants to rebook a flight which doesn’t fall under the airline’s reschedule policy. Each schedule change service provided by us is subject to an additional agency service fee of up to $75 per passenger.
Please note we do not take any responsibility – financial or non-financial, in case of such schedule change or flight cancellation.

THE WAY WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION

Please read and review our Privacy Policy. We hope that you will feel comfortable knowing that Flycrave never sells or rents customer information to third parties. Please be assured that your personal information and documents are only handled by our closely screened, bonded, and professionally trained staff within and outside the USA. Flycrave reviews, and if necessary revises, its Privacy Policy on a timely basis.

  1. We use your email address only to send a confirmation email when you sign up for an account and to allow you to reset your password if you lose or forget your old one. We also send you an automated notice if a review or a suggestion you submit is accepted or declined, or you subscribe to sales and online promotions. No other use is now or ever will be made of this address, although the administrators may personally email you if extenuating circumstances arise where this is required. We will not send you any other email unless you contact us first and specifically request information regarding your trip. We do not sell this address or link it to any other personal information.
  2. Any personally identifiable information you submit while booking with our website will only be disclosed to travel suppliers who are linked to your bookings. If you become a registered member of Flycrave, you must provide your name, e-mail address, citizenship, password, etc. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons, including:
    a. To complete air, hotel, car, and other reservations.
    b. To allow us to contact you for customer service purposes, if necessary specific needs arise.
    c. We need your e-mail address to confirm each reservation you transact on our website. We will not disclose, sell, share, or in any way reveal your information to any other third party not related to our business.

PURCHASED AIRLINE TICKET AND RELATED SERVICES

In order to purchase airline tickets and related services through our website, you must provide us with certain personal information such as your name, your credit card number and expiration date, your credit card billing address, your telephone number, your e-mail address and the name or names of those traveling, if not you. We require this information so that we can process, fulfill and confirm your reservations and transactions and keep you informed of each transaction`s status. If you are making a reservation for one or more travelers other than yourself, you will need to make sure that each of these other travelers agrees, in advance, that you may disclose their personal information to us.

Once the booking is complete, we will immediately display your itinerary for you to print or email, with a ten digit Flycrave booking number. Please save the booking number for future reference.

Once ticket issued, we will send you the E-Ticket Confirmation Number via email. Please allow us 3 business hours to Issue the E-tickets.

Current reservations can be viewed at any time by accessing the Check Your Booking section of our website using the Flycrave booking number and name of first passenger.

Bookings are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued (since the airline can change prices anytime) & you receive an airline e-ticket conformation number. If required we will send you the Paper Ticket via overnight mail once the ticket is issued. We will mail the ticket to the address given. If your mailing address is different please call and inform our agent.
When purchasing airline tickets or paying for hotel booking for someone other than yourself, or when credit card holder is traveling with passengers that have a different last name, the credit card holder must authorize the charge by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form and faxed or email to us same day or within 12 hours of purchasing the tickets. Failure to that may result in cancellation of reservations at the companys discretion. Our agent may call you to verify the Credit Card holders information for Credit Card security reasons. As an added security step we may call your credit card company on a three way call to verify the transition.

We also advise all customers, please confirm your flights at least 24 hours before each departure by calling the airline directly. Airlines will occasionally change flight schedules and it is important that you reconfirm your flights prior to travel.

CHILDREN AND PARENTS

We rely on our users to be truthful in responding to the question of age. We do not sell travel or any related services for purchase by children. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information. Flycrave will not provide any personally identifying information about users under the age of 13, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever without first requesting parental permission.
When you search our site, you are not required to provide any personal information until you choose to make a purchase. We do not knowingly permit the site to be used by any person under the age of eighteen and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under thirteen years of age. A valid credit card is required to make a purchase on our site. Purchase also can be made by visiting our office or sending money via Western Union.
Flycrave encourages parents and guardians to spend time with their children online, and to be familiar with the sites their children visit.

Our Website is not intended for use by children, especially those under age 13. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information or submit data, or become a Flycrave member. Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 must get the permission of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before making purchases.
Flycrave will not provide any personally identifying information about users under the age of 13, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever without first requesting parental permission.
